By accessing and using Tekku and its associated services, you accept and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the service provider regarding your use of Tekku.
Tekku provides Discord bot features including moderation, automated responses, logging, and integrations such as Twitch and YouTube notifications.
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Tekku. If you are under 18, you must have parental or legal guardian consent.
We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Server owners can independently delete server data from the dashboard at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tekku is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
This includes potential loss of data, revenue, goodwill, or service availability.
We may suspend or terminate access to Tekku at any time, including for violations of these Terms.
Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration in Germany under applicable DIS rules.
You agree disputes are handled individually and not as part of class or consolidated actions.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
