Data Deletion: Server owners can independently delete their server's data at any time through the server selection interface in our dashboard. This allows for immediate data removal without requiring additional contact with our support team.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless our service provider and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit or transmit through the service

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

International Users: If you are accessing our service from outside Germany, you acknowledge that your use of the service is subject to these Terms and applicable local laws. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the German Arbitration Institute (DIS), and the arbitration shall be conducted in German language in Germany. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any disputes will be resolved individually and not as part of any class action or consolidated proceeding.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
